Mrs Adenike Apeji or iya kuli kuli as she is fondly called is a graduate of accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University. She is a serial entrepreneur and has worked in many capacities over the years.
She has worked as a consultant in an accounting firm and has worked at multi nationals like Etisalat and as taken roles retail advisory, customer relations over the years.

Renee started as a vision during her NYSC days in kutigi in Niger state where she discovered the kuli kuli snack and she decided to explore the business. She encountered a lady who she felt needed to be in school but could not afford it. She believed the business idea would help put her back in school and then she decided to start a vocational training in the state which was highly recognized by the government and won her the governors award in Niger state in 2004.

Mrs Apeji worked as an accounting consultant, helping businesses set up their accounting systems in the IT way for over eight years, these experiences were a channel of preparation and exposure into the nitty gritty needed to start and build a business which has played a great role in the success of Renee Golden Multi ventures. This decision to help people living in the rural area build a source of income was what she decided to bring into the urban area and went ahead to do more research on it.

She started researching on the issues with the kuli kuli that was being sold in the villages and reasons for its rejection in the market place. She achieved this by going to various labs to test and find out the things like the type of water, environment and other factors that affect the production of kuli kuli and stepped to make it in a better way, making sure that every product came out top notch. She also worked on the packaging, her drive for excellence propelled her to find packaging solutions to ensure her products stand out this improved the acceptance of kuli kuli even to international prospects.
